How to access and use the Aspire subcontractor portal

Overview

  • The subcontractor portal can be found at app.youraspire.com
  • Service partners can add, modify, and submit time and materials digitally from the portal.
  • After a job is completed, the subcontractor will submit their time and material in the portal.
    • Realty will then review entries and accept or reject them.

Sub Portal Usage

  • After logging in, enter the date of service at the top to be shown a list of routes for which the sub provided service.
  • Additional visits can be added by hitting the green plus button next to the desired route.
  • Use the triangles to expand the route to see the work ticket breakdown for the job.
    • Hit the green plus button to the left of your desired service to add time or materials.

  • What if I can't access the subcontractor portal?
    • Contact your Realty snow manager for assistance. If you can't reach your manager, send an email to aspirehelp@realtylandscaping.com
  • When should hours be submitted by?
    • Hours should be submitted within 24 hours of completing work for the job.
  • Do I still need to submit an invoice?
    • Yes, an invoice should be submitted within 48 hours of finishing the job.
