As part of our commitment to building a sustainable and adaptable UK-wide WiT model, we need to expand our presence and professionalise further our business model and operating model. By refreshing our tech stack, we can streamline our operations while adding new, in-demand value to our membership offer.

Costs below are per calendar month.Mailchimp is currently running at overage. Stripe takes a cut of all subscription payments. Multiple systems = multiple processes = time drain.

Additional upfront cost/resourcing needed to switch platforms (around £1,250 x 2 with Carina at Be.Spark)

Roadmap

ClickUp will require internal training and buy-in. Kajabi will require a fuller buildout as part of an organisation-wide growth plan, plus a dedicated Community Manager (combined with Social Media).
