Kajabi replaces: Moonclerk (subscriptions), Stripe (payment processing, 0% fees), Squarespace (website), Mailchimp (mailers) Kajabi adds: Contact management, community-building, online events, dedicated groups, podcast hosting, Xero integration; scope for online courses, 1:1/group coaching ClickUp adds: Project/task management, sales pipelines, knowledge management, onboarding

Costs below are per calendar month.Mailchimp is currently running at overage. Stripe takes a cut of all subscription payments. Multiple systems = multiple processes = time drain.
