- British art critic, painter, and curator. - Introduced Post-Impressionism to Britain (Manet and the Post-Impressionists, 1910). - Founded Omega Workshops (1913) – modernist art and design collective. - Member of the Bloomsbury Group; developed the theory of "significant form." - Key works: Vision and Design (1920). - Legacy: Pioneered modern art appreciation in Britain.
