Transcript
The Pump Canister collects wax debris following a microsuction procedure. It should be cleaned with hot water in a 1:5 mix of sterilizing fluid at the end of each clinic day.
Pump Canister
The filter contributes to the optimal functioning of the suction pump. Please avoid moisture/water and replace if the pump is not operating effectively.
Pump Filter
Attaches to the pump canister on one end and the Zoellner suction tube on the other hand, to assist with depositing removed wax into the canister. The suction hose should be flushed with warm water at the end of each clinic day and periodically changed if broken or appearance/color changes.
Suction Hose
Designed with a focus on safety, the Zoellner suction tube is inserted into the patient's ear via the specula attached to the Tympa Device to facilitate microsuction and effectively remove earwax.
Zoellner Suction Tube
The Pump Pressure Dial should always be set to 'max" meaning that it is turned all the way to the right. While this sets the suction as the maximum pressure, the pressure read out will only ever reach about half wax to max when in full contact with ear wax.
