Your job is to choose a side and defend it. You will write a five paragraph essay to do so.

Grading will be based on the following areas:

1. Focus
2. Content
3. Organization
4. Use of Language
5. Counterclaim
6. MLA format and citing sources

Grading

1. The whole essay should be in MLA format.
2. Two credible sources must be used and cited both in the text and on the works cited page.
3. The essay should be written in a formal, academic tone.
4. The essay must address the prompt unless otheriwse specified.
