Despite having little free time, my daily life makes me happy. I live near the sea, I have an amazing family, and I'm learning to enjoy the little things. What's your good thing number 3? Write it here.

Meditating every day
Our minds are always racing. That's why I thought it was impossible to find time to meditate. But this year I did it! Now I do it every day, sometimes for 15 minutes, other times for 30. This time brings me a lot of peace and tranquility. What is your number one good thing? Write it here.

Grand Opening of the Roy G. Perry College of Engineering
On June 22, Prairie View A&M University officially opened its new $70 million Engineering Classroom and Research Building. In its 75th year, ENCARB is the sixth building to be added to the Roy G. Perry College of Engineering complex.
Stephanie Tilley, PVAMU’s first Fulbright Scholar
PVAMU’s first Fulbright Scholar, Stephanie Tilley, a doctoral student in Educational Leadership, will study in South Africa next spring, exploring the practice and presence of Ubuntu (I am, because we are) in supporting students’ college experiences.
PVAMU is awarded $15 million from the state legislature to help fulfill Ag Match
Approved Ag Match funding will allow Prairie View’s Agriculture Research and Cooperate Extension program to reach over 100 counties in the state, providing programs in agricultural workforce development, small farm resilience, and youth and community development in underserved areas.
Going to dance classes
I am fairly young, but to see me move, you wouldn't know it. So I decided to go to dance classes. I haven't reached Shakira standards but now I have more rhythm and, above all, enjoy it more. What is your good thing #2? Write it here.
I also made some great dancing buddies
