Install our Products onto your PC

Make sure you have completed any compliance eLearning, e.g. DEI training, anti-bullying and harassment, Information Security and Phishing (this should be in your inbox);

Explore the People Hub on Confluence and associated pages, particularly the Learning and Development page so you are aware of all of the opportunities available to you

Please install our products onto your PC by using the system tray at the bottom right of your screen (the upwards facing arrow), click on the Texthelper icon, click on software installs and select the app you'd like to install. (Mac users can use this same portal to download the tools, but will need to install the software manually)

And think about if anyone in your immediate family could make use of any of our products. If so, fill out this product request form.

Complete any paperwork for your benefits, and don't forget to sign up to Headspace too (when prompted, choose “No, create an account”, enter your corporate information, e.g. XX@zizkids.tech, .........);

Read and review our guidance on internal communications, paying special attention to how and where we communicate (using the menu on the left hand side of the page to navigate);

Complete this technical accessibility course if you are a Developer, Content Producer (either Marketing or Dev) or Designer;
