Salesforce

Salesforce is a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) platform that enables tracking and managing interactions with customers, organizing data, and supporting efficient communication. It helps streamline processes across various functions, enhancing collaboration and providing valuable insights to drive growth.Our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams use Salesforce.

If you’re on one of these teams, please keep an eye out for more information about logging in and full training.

We primarily work with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for document creation and collaboration. For internal video conferencing, Google Meet is our go-to platform. Google Spaces continue to play a crucial role in our daily workflow, serving as collaborative chats for sharing important updates and staying connected. Please make sure you’ve been added to the following new spaces: The Hub, Announcements, and Events. If you don’t see these spaces, please contact IT Support for additional assistance.

We continue to use Google Workspace for seamless collaboration, allowing us to create, share, and edit files effortlessly while ensuring nothing gets lost (so please avoid saving files to your desktop!). Shared drives remain a key tool for fostering teamwork and keeping everything organized.

Time off - book your time off in Bob, from vacation to birthday, booking time off is easy! Sync time off to your Google Calendar, and create team view calendars for easy collaboration no matter where you are based! Org Chart & Club View: Easily find partners on different teams by exploring the organisational chart. Under Club View you’ll be able to find employees who you share hobbies and superpowers with! If you are a Manager, you will see the Directory under Org>People, to quickly filter this to just your team.

Kudos: Express your gratitude and appreciation to teammates effortlessly. Personal Profile: Review your Info! And add some fun facts to showcase your hobbies and superpowers to connect with others! Add a real life photo of you, please no avatars so we can all learn to recognise our colleagues! Also why not add your name pronunciation? Even if you think your name sounds ‘easy’ we have colleagues in 8 jurisdictions and lots of different native languages so be inclusive and add it to help your colleagues out!.

The system is automatically installed on your PC. It will provide you with a list of everyone's extension numbers and availability, and this is how you will receive internal and external calls.

360 learning

We use 360Learning as a one-stop shop for all things learning. Through this platform, we create, share, and manage training programs that support skill-building and growth across our teams. The platform enables us to collaborate on course content, allowing employees to contribute their expertise, share insights, and learn from one another.

Confluence

Confluence is used to centralise information across the group. All key documents, policies, and processes are/will be stored here. As our two companies come together, Confluence will become more streamlined.
