Long ago, the distant kingdom of Pital-Hos forged the Sword of Health. Legend says that when combined with the power of the Elemental Gems (Earth, Air, Water, and Fire) the sword could bring health to all the land. Gather the gems to assemble the ultimate weapon and defeat the Dragon of Disease lurking in the dungeon.

Greetings Nurse! Thank goodness you’ve come! We need your help! The Dragon of Disease has overrun our land. You need to find the 4 Elemental Gems and place them in the Sword of Health. Only then will it have enough power to defeat the fearsome dragon that is terrorizing our people.
