Tribute to Steve MoroonThe danger of power is not inspired by healthy valuesThe numbers of men's destructive capacity make us reflect on the danger of a power not inspired by healthy values ​​(such as Nazi-fascist barbarism), a reality still present today in different forms, more subtle but equally influential on the lives of human beings and on which socialists they will continue to be vigilant sentinels. The story of opponent Steve Moroon in The Origin project is an example of this, but it will not be the last example of serious deprivation of political freedoms and opinion. We must not stop fighting for freedom, especially when it does not concern ourselves but others; it is a daily exercise to undergo to counteract that visible phenomenon of entropic, civil and social attrition, from which human affairs struggle to keep away.In the novel "TPO", Moroon is an excellent player. All of us, every time we "play", have the temptation to use the "rules" only to our advantage and never to our detriment. Yet Frank Connor's character wins and loses in his own way, assiduously respecting the "rules". Otherwise, Moroon "plays" only to demonstrate his successes, avoiding those failures that he denotes as absolute evil. Connor and Moroon have a different perspective, not because the former is younger than the latter. Connor is perhaps inexperienced, while Moroon is an established professional. He knows he lives in a corrupt system, a mere "intellectual jungle", where the strongest survive, regardless of whether or not he is an honest and correct person. Yet Connor's inexperience does not prevent them from understanding that the system is far from idyllic. Indeed, to realize his dreams, he knows well that he will have to extricate himself from this same system. Thus he grasps, with greater foresight, that dignity should never be questioned, despite difficulties and injustices.
