Purpose: Effectively manage and optimize a curriculum development lesson plan integrating technology
intended outcomes
Educator Individualized Tech Plan- Part 2
Outcomes: ● Allow Amber to create a generic effective lesson plan using the technology programs that will assist the students in achieving academic success for their goals and objectives ● Provide a line of communication between the regular education and special education teachers ● Provide knowledge of technology programs being implemented
in class to provide extra data on students reaching their goals
and objectives
● Build comfort level to create effective lesson plans and integrate
technology programs into lesson

Highlight #3: Utilizing interactive learning platforms increases student engagement and provides immediate feedback
Coaching Sessions
Coaching session one consists of gathering data on the information needed for the Educator's Individualized Tech Plan. It was determined that the tech plan being implemented would be based on effectively managing curriculum development lesson plans and integrating technology.
Coaching session two discusses what has been implemented so far in writing an effective lesson and the outcomes expected from the coaching sessions. The mentee provided feedback on how the implementation was working out for her.
