It is common for families in Hong Kong to buy special dishes for Christmas dinner, such as turkey, ham or fish.
Christmas eve: It is common to see decorations and lights on the streets and in shopping malls, but it is not so common to attend masses or religious family gatherings.
Here, Christmas is an official holiday and the atmosphere is much more in keeping with worldwide Christmas celebrations.
