A cooper tip!
Left then Right
To change the status of a form from "Active" to "Inactive," locate the specific file and toggle to the three dots on the right side. Select "Retract Form" near the bottom.
Form Status: Active
Once you click on "Retract Form," a popup window will appear asking you to confirm your choice. Select "Retract from Onboarding."
"Retract Form"
Once you confirm your selection, you will see a "Success" screen. The form will now show an "Inactive" bar next to the form itself. Click here to reveal!
"Success!"
While the rest of the fields are the same as a custom form, there are two sections that are different on general forms:
- Type: Vendor
- Company/Vendor: TCWGlobal
- For Compliance, you want to access the "Custom Forms" tab by navigating to the gear icon on the top of your taskbar.
- From there, select "Custom Forms."
- Now, choose "Create Form."
Should be Completed by Compliance
State-Specific & All-Company Forms
The difference between adding a form for a specific company and adding a form using the gear icon are these two fields: Type and Company/Vendor.
Once you're successfully logged into StaffingNation using Microsoft Edge or FireFox, this video will show you the two ways that you can navigate to the custom forms tab. Additionally, the video will outline the required fields when creating a custom form for a specific client!
To get started, learn about best practices when it comes to which browsers to use so that you can efficiently create custom forms without needing to switch browsers halfway through the process!
It's crunch time! Let's make sure we've crossed our t's and dotted our i's by using the "Preview Web Form" and "Order Fields" tabs before calling it a day. Good work! You've made your way through the StaffingNation Custom Forms video series! Now, check out the next page for some quick tips!

Reminder
Before Uploading a Custom Form...
When a request comes in where a company already has an existing form, you may be tempted to simply "update form." However, do not use this option.
Update Form
Instead, use the Create New Version option when simply adding in new information to a form. You may add in new identifying information in the title (for example, an updated year). Pre-existing fields will carry over to the version. Click here to see an example!

So, the form is created! Now, you need to use the layout form feature to insert the fields that employees will see when they are signing their documents. This video will walk you through those steps and show you how to drag, create, and ensure those fields are ready to go!
