Consult Call Transfer

This interactive graphic highlights the steps for to consult before transferring a call. This is also known as a Warm transfer.

To consult and transfer a call, click the Transfer button in the tab bar.

Click Consult then transfer to speak to someone before transfering.

Type the name of the associate or call group (using BR#### to search) to consult before completing the transfer. Typically, you will use Teams audio call for this.
