Artistic gymnastics is a sport in which a series of technical movements of great strength, balance and flexibility are performed.

Artistic gymnastics was officially born in 1811, when the German Friederich Ludwig Jahn created, in Berlin, the first club dedicated to sport. However, the modality is one of the oldest in history.
