Seamless shifts and braking are achieved through transmission integration and optimized axle ratios. Furthermore, the powertrain is digitally integrated, enabling features like remote diagnostics and over-the-air programming for the engine's lifespan. 14X™ HE Tandem Drive Axles

• Features a robust inter-axle differential (IAD) to handle higher-torque engines and offers the industry’s most complete range of axle ratios.
• The Dual Meritor Lube Management System (MLMS™) enhances axle efficiency by reducing lube level and minimizing churning losses.
• High-efficiency (HE) spiral bevel gears reduce friction for improved driveline and component life.
• 40,000 lb GAWR and 80,000 lb GCWR.
• Compatible with Meritor Q+ drum brakes and EX+ air disc brakes, ensuring reliable braking performance.

The 2027 Twin Module Aftertreatment System

• Features Cummins Electric Heating System with two 5kW heater modules for effective NOx conversion during startup and low-load conditions.
• Utilizes a parallel-flow Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system for minimized system length and backpressure, reducing CO2 emissions.
• Employs updated catalyst technology for maximized N₂O conversion and enhanced performance at lower operating temperatures.

MFS+™ Non-Drive Front Steer Axle

• Optimized for line haul, MFS+ axles are 85 pounds lighter than earlier versions, improving vehicle efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
• Easy-Steer™ bushing and 55-degree wheel-cut offers superior steering and 12-o’clock brake orientation eases maintenance and serviceability.
• Compatible with Cummins-Meritor Q+ drum brakes and EX+ air disc brakes, ensuring reliable braking performance.

Permalube™ RPL Driveline

• Permanently lubricated and sealed for life to reduce maintenance, operating costs and downtime.
• Designed to accommodate linehaul, heavy service and down speeding, these drivelines fit a wide range of applications and torque handling requirements.
• Extended U-joint and E-coated steel guard, nylon thrust washers, and triple-lip seals protect against contaminants and damage.
