Updating CR for Clients and Specialists

Handoff from training to region

To ensure that all regions feel supported by the training department and are satisfied with our New Hire training process.

  • How do you feel the transition from training to the region is going for BSs?
  • What do you think would help improve this process?
  • Where are the holes?

Transitions from training to region

  • Noticed that clients and specialists are not correctly labeled
  • Addresses, phone numbers, clinical teams, etc.
  • Impacts our ability to schedule shadows, support with RBT, etc.
Our ask: to please ensure CR is updated appropriately when changes occur!

CR Updating

Our ask to you: to see if you can help us capture some sessions, either in homes or center!

  • Piloting a recorded virtual shadow session!
  • After moving through FACTS loop, CAT Team has been tasked with helping us record some additional sessions to build a bank
  • Rationale:
    • Get to see the entire session
    • Can ask questions! Interactive
    • Trainer will break it down for the NHs
    • Everyone will get at least 1 shadow opportunity

RBT credentialing process

  • Getting support from clinicians
  • Everyone is very busy and we get that! We just also need to ensure we're moving through the process so we don't lose good BSs!
  • Trainers begin this week 2 Friday of NHT
  • Then transitions to the clinical teams
  • New Hires must be credentialed within 90 days of their first billing date, per our funders

What next?

Previously, we were able to submit extensions with certification plans. We've already started getting tighter on this Our funders are getting even stricter!! We will be held strictly to the 90 day requirement.
