In this quick Skill you will learn how to confirm an appraisal appointment by email. This will be done immediately after booking the apraisal in Alto. The process will be the same for both sales and lettings properties.

On the next screen, you will see the send confirmation screen. This offers the option of confirming both via email and via SMS.Where you see icons like the ones below, be sure to click on them to learn more.

Use this section to specify who you are confirming the appointment to and how. Use the tick boxes to select if confirmation of the appointment should be sent by email, SMS, or both.

Email

The email editor pane allows you to customise the contents of your email confirmation. This will be pre-populated using the templates set up in your system admin area.

You can customise the text of your SMS confirmation here. This will pre-populate using the SMS template found in your System Administration tools. The green bar at the bottom shows you how many remaining characters you have available.
