#sustainableconstructionforeveryone

Harris and Company Ltd initiated our #SustainableConstructionForEveryone campaign at the beginning of 2024. Our campaign's aim is to support and increase the number of under-represented minorities in the construction industry

We believe both sustainability and inclusion of everyone (whatever age, disabilty, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, size) can go hand in hand to help boost the national skills shortage we currently face in the UK.

We believe by combining equality, diversity of staff and our passion for sustainable construction, we will have an everlasting effect on the future of humanity, construction and our natural world.
