Did you know? - A white icon means the engineer is working on a schedule assigned to them. - An amber icon denotes they are working on someone elses schedule. - A red icon means they are working on a job where no schedule exists at all.

Status icons denote the current status of the job. If there is no icon on the schedule, then no activity has been started. View the icons and their descriptions below.

Labour Started Only shows when engineers are using Gold Service

Job Batched / Invoiced The job has been batched or invoiced in Gold

Job Completed Job has been completed in the Portal or is Logged for Checking

Labour Stopped Only shows when engineers are using Gold Service

Travel Started Only shows when engineers are using Gold Service

All Engineers Completed Work All engineers associated with the job have completed their work

Single Engineer Completed Work Appears on multi engineer jobs to show engineer completed their work

Travel Stopped Only shows when engineers are using Gold Service
