The Voyager supports Classic Bluetooth and also the newest Bluetooth LE Audio Auracast. Choose a way you will use it.

Troubleshooting

If they fail to connect, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode, then follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Check Headphones Pairing Mode

80% of connection issues occur because headphones aren't in pairing mode.

2. Turn Off Phone's Bluetooth

Ensure your headphones aren't connected to another device, such as your smartphone.

Press & hold both the "-" & "+" buttons for about 10 seconds or until the screen shows "Put in Pairing mode...".

Plug the transmitter into an audio source

Plug the Voyager into an in-flight entertainment system (use the adapter if necessary) or any other audio source with an AUX 3.5mm audio output jack.

Check your headphones for sound

Turn your audio source on & play something. You should be able to hear audio through your headphones. If not, try adjusting the volume on either the transmitter or the audio source.

Troubleshooting

  • Restart Devices: Turn off all devices. For AirPods, place back in the case and remove. Wait up to 10 seconds for a solid blue light on Relay, indicating reconnection.
  • Check Connections: Ensure the Voyager is correctly plugged into the audio source’s 3.5mm port and set the audio output to this port.

For Next Time Use

1. When reconnecting to the Voyager, turn Bluetooth off on your phone or other previously paired devices.2. The transmitter auto-reconnects to the last-connected headphones. If not, select your previously paired device name shown on the screen and press the button once to connect manually. 3. Turn off the transmitter before using your headphones with another device.

Some devices like Avantree HomeBuddy can connect with Voyager directly via Auracast. Keep Voyager and Avantree HomeBuddy close, turn the Avantree HomeBuddy on and switch to Auracast Mode. They'll connect automatically in 5-10 seconds (LED will turn Solid white on the Homebuddy).

Check for sound

You should be able to hear audio through your headphones /speakers. If not, try adjusting the volume on the transmitter, audio source, or your headphones/speakers. Follow the same way to connect with more devices.

Charging the Transmitter

When the low battery icon appears on top right of the screen, please charge the transmitter. Plug the provided USB C charging cable into the charging port, then connect the other end to a 5V/500mA-2A rated USB adapter (your phone charger or similar should work) or PC USB port.
