  • LD completes QA and consolidates feedback
  • Build lead emails builder assigned to LD feedback
  • Builder implements feedback

  • LLD alerts Build Lead when course is ready for build
  • Build Lead emails builder assigned to the course and copies PM and lead/s.

Course is ready for Build

  • Build Lead then communicates to the person assigned the Build QA.

Course is ready for BUILD QA

  • LLXD alerts client the course is ready for sign off
  • If any feedback is received, Build Lead communicates with builder the needs and confirms completion
