A vida financeira consiste em recebimentos e pagamentos através de dinheiro no nosso dia a dia.

O equilíbrio financeiro é nunca gastar mais do que aquilo que nós recebemos, se tivermos essa regra sempre em mente, teremos uma vida financeira saudável.

Nos tempos de hoje, vivemos momentos difíceis, onde os jovens ficam até mais tarde a morar na casa dos pais, adiam cada vez mais a altura de morar sozinhos e a tornarem-se independentes.A desisão de ser independente implica de gastar muito dinheiro, sem um bom rendimento mensal ou sem qualquer poupança.

Preço a pagar pela independência

A independência começa por ter casa própria ou arrendada

Todas as casas dão muitas despesas, estes são exemplos das despesas mais importantes:

. renda ou prestação da casa própria

. condomínio (no caso de casa própria e num edifício partilhado)

. contas de água, luz e gás

. alimentação

Como gerir o salário recebido

O salário mínimo em Portugal gere em volta de 820 euros, na teoria o salário deveria ser dividido da seguinte forma:

50%: Necessidade

20%: Poupanças e amortização de dívidas

30%: Desejos

Tendo em conta o baixo salário recebido em Portugal, torna-se incomportável fazer uma vida independente sozinho e a situação piora em caso de doença.

A pessoa deveria fazer um cálculo rigoroso de quanto tem que gastar numa casa, num supermercado ou num médico.

Dicas para diminuir gastos

Ao lavar a louça, desligue a água sempre quando tiver-se a passar com o detergente

Poupar

No banho, desligar a água quando se tiver a ensaboar

De manhã tentar usar a luz do sol ao nosso favor, para não gastar luz

Cozinhe em grandes quantidades e congele porções

Desligar aparelhos eletrônicos da tomada quando não estiverem mais a ser usados

Para ter uma vida financeira saudável é necessário de:

eliminação de dívidas

orçamento mensal

controle de gastos

seguros e proteção financeira

defina metas financeiras

formação de reserva de emergência
