3.Sarturn is the sixth planet from the Sun, and the second largest in the solar system. It’s surrounded by beautiful rings.
2.When Galileo Galilei saw Saturn through a telescope in the 17th century, he wasn't sure what he was seeing. At first, he thought he was looking at three planets, or a planet with handles. Now, we know that those "handles" were the rings of Saturn.
1.Saturn isn't the only planet that has rings, but it definitely has the most beautiful ones. The rings we see are made up of groups of small rings that surround Saturn. They are made of pieces of ice and rock. Like Jupiter, Saturn is a ball of largely hydrogen and helium.
