The owner, Tristan, and his team offer a blend of traditional and modern cuisine. You'll find typical Picardy dishes, as well as fresh, local quality produce.

0during this training course i was able to take part in the installation but also in the cooking of various meats, fishes and several accompaniments during the services. i was also able to take part in the repairing of the buildings. i had the occasion to leave for several extra at private individuals.

I personally loved working for this company, with a team that was more than warm and friendly. Thank you for listening to me.
