07:05 a.m-I wake up already using my phone, checking messages and social media like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

07:15 a.m-While having my breakfast, I watch videos on YouTube and TikTok sometimes.

08 a.m-While getting ready for school, I listen to music on Spotify.

08:15-I go to school, but I don't use my phone during that time.

09 a.m-The classes start, but since I go to school earlier, I use my phone and listen to music in spotify

AFTERNOON:

12 p.m-At lunch, I have a one-hour break. I eat, and sometimes I go for a walk outside the school, and other times I stay using my phone. For the rest of the afternoon, since the breaks are 5 to 10 minutes, I don’t use my phone.

17 p.m-I leave school, and when I get home, I use my phone until dinner. During these hours, I use TikTok and sometimes play on my computer.
