Anger: Happiness: Sadness: Anxious: Calm:
Game
Anger
Anger is when you feel mad at something or someone. We can feel angry at a lot of things, like hard problems. Some coping skills can be:
- Deep Breaths
- Counting to 10
- Taking a walk
- Taking a break
Happiness
Happiness is when we feel joyful about something, like a trip to Disney or a playground.
Sadness
Sadness is when we feel upset or disapointed because of something. This can happen when someone we like goes away or soething we want to do gets canceled.
Anxiety
Anxiety is like the feeling of fear. We might feel anxious about alot of things like tests, school, storms, or other things. There are lot of ways to cope or deal with fear and anxiety like contacting a trusted adult, fidget toys, and taking deep breaths.
Calm
Calmness is when we feel good or peaceful, our minds and bodies are relaxed. This can happen after we do meditation, work out, or do something that makes us happy or calm.
