For me, a week without water in the world would be crazy, because everyone would be dehydrated, which would cause many health problems, also the hygiene of people, hospitals, restaurants and all places would decrease a lot because we would not be able to take a bathe. , wash our hands or cleaning things which could generate many more healt problems, also people would go crazy because everyone would be looking for water which could generate conflicts and lead to many deaths
