A Message from the QEP Director:
Being an educator, especially at the collegiate level, comes with its fair share of challenges. In this fast-paced environment, it’s easy to feel like you’re always playing catch-up (at least that’s been my experience). When I first started teaching, I didn’t feel particularly supported. I was left to figure things out on my own, and while I made mistakes and persevered, I realized that struggle wasn’t necessary for growth.

As educators, we’ve committed to a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, essentially dooming us to be students for life. While I didn’t mind learning on my own, the journey was lonely. With proper support and access to resources, I feel I could have flourished (instead of merely surviving). That’s why I’m so passionate about ensuring that every instructor at LSCPA feels supported.
