Adolescence
The adolescence is a phase filled with changes, they can be physical, emotional or hormonal caused by puberty, which marks singnificantly the sexual development and interests.
The most common issues about sexual concerns are the STDs and teen pregnancy. But a lot of problems can appear with these, such as gender issues, sexual orientation, depression, etc...
Issues
How to prevent?
The main reason why teens get STDs or get pregnat is unprotected sex. There are a lot of ways to explore sexuality which invloves communication with your partner, sexual consent and sufficient knowledge to live the sexuality in a safe way. To prevent acquiring STDs or getting pregnat, sexual intercourse has to be safe. The condom is the only method which prevents both things.

Peer pressure
A problem that usually happens during adolescence is the peer pressure. For example, your friends have already lost their virginity and they end up pressuring you to lose it too.
LGBTQ+
Nowadays, we're used to hearing a lot about lgbtq+, but there is still a lot of discrimination. Due to this, a lot of teens hide their sexual orientations and pretend to be who they are not. This can cause depressions, anxiety, social distancing or even suicide.

Solutions
In my opinion a creation of sexual education programmes in the schools would help solving these problems.
Education
Adressing teens'sexual concerns is crucial for their health, relationships, and future. Education, communication, and accessible resources play an important role in teens' lives.
Conclusion
In Portugal the teen pregnancy rate is around 8 per 1000 women aged 15-18, one of the lowest in Europe. A 2022 study found 57% that Portuguese teens feel uncomfortable discussing sexual concerns with parents. Sexual education has been mandatory in Portugal since 2009, but isn't implemented in all schools. Chlamydia infections are among the most reported STDs in Portuguese youth aged.
About 62,75% of gay people have thought about suicide and the possibility of taking their own lives is six times bigger than comparing to straight men.
