Objective: to work with your team to complete the activities on the task card each time someone rolls the die.

Skip a lap with your team around perimeter of the gym.

KNEE TO ELBOW

Find TWO different basketball hoops in the gym and demonstrate 10 knee to elbow with your group.

With your team, find a scoreboard and demonstrate a 20 second tree pose.

Find a set of stairs and use the bottom row only and complete 25 pressure step ups with your group.

No Pressure Step Ups

FIND A WALL IN THE GYM AND DEMONSTRATE A 2O SECOND ARM HOLD WITH YOUR CHOICE OF ARM.

HIGH KNEES

With your group members, complete high knees down the long side of the basketball court.
