That is my back before and after , the spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis.

Story of Self

When I was youger, I was diagnosed with scoliosis .But I moved to the UK and as time passed it got much worse and It was more painful . Due to the twisting of my spine , My ribs were pronounced and my spine was curved. I was placed on the waiting list to see a doctor for months . The pain became so much that my mom took me back to Trinidad so that I could do the surgery . This took so long and by the time the doctors was ready to see me I had already gone to Trinidad for surgery . Wating only made it more painful .

I am not a doctor so this app is not backed by medical knowledge but I do hope to be one in the future so I will keep updating this in the future

Story of US

In some of my interviews , numerous individuals shared their experiences regarding the challenges of accessing medical care. Many expressed frustration over the slow pace of services and the high costs associated with them. This particularly affects teenagers, who often find themselves unable to afford necessary healthcare. Whist this webite is not a substitute for healthcare , it has so many health and wellbeing features .

Story of Now

Based on the challenges I've identified in accessing medical care and the opportunities for enhancing nutrition, we have a unique opportunity to come together and create meaningful change. This starts from providing teenagers with accessible care such as the community forum and the mental checks. I can promote healthier eating habits through workshops and cooking classes aimed at adults. By providing hands-on experiences and education about nutrition causing them to make healthy food choices with a good budget.

Many individuals in my community struggle to find reliable and accessible resources that promote holistic healthy eating and overall well-being. With an overwhelming amount of conflicting information available online, people often feel confused about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle.

My goal is to promote holistic healthy eating and empower individuals to enhance their overall well-being through an informative website that is both visually appealing and user-friendly. By ensuring that the site is easily accessible, I aim to reach a diverse audience, providing them with valuable resources and knowledge to support their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

How does it fit ?This website will seamlessly integrate into daily life by serving as a go-to resource for individuals seeking to enhance their holistic health and well-being. It will provide easily navigable sections where users can quickly find articles, recipes, and tips tailored to their specific needs. The platform has forums which allows users to share their experiences, challenges, and successes, creating a supportive community that motivates individuals to stay committed to their health goals.
