Version History added to TPA Fees page
- To comply with Secure Act measures, Ubiquity needs a way to track plans that become subject to Auto Enrollment
- This new Admin report includes all effective plans (excluding Record-kept Single(k), Single(k) Simply Retirement (Record Only) and Record Only so that Ubiquity can monitor compliance with Secure Act.
- Click the icon for a sample of this new report now available in the "Runnable Reports" link
New Report - Auto Enrollment Status
Enhancements - 2
*Previously our AE product required ALL employees to be auto-enrolled, regardless of deferral election status
- Q: Who is exempt for being auto-enrolled when the application setting is NEW?
- A: Any active employee who has previously made a deferral election or has a balance in their pre-tax or roth account.
- Click the icon for a spreadsheet that outlines the AE scenarios and whether or not an EE will be auto-enrolled.
- If a termed EE is rehired after AE is added, they will be considered a "New" employee and auto-enrolled.
Adding Auto-Enrollment to "New" vs "All" Employees
Secure Act 2.0 Updates
2024 UX/UI Changes
- Only Sponsor pages will be updated in 2024
- The page updates will be launched section by section
- Each new section will be launched to our Decimal plan first, then launched to 20%, 50%, 75%, and then 100% of all plans over a week. This is to minimize incoming cases to CE if a component is broken.
- If the new version of the pages is not working, we will have the ability to revert back to the old version of these pages. Check with your Supervisor for the SOP to request a revert back to the old version of the page..
Product is working on UX/UI improvements to the Plan Sponsor pages in 2024.
