Analyze and reflect course data to update future action steps
Meeting Objectives: In this Professional Learning Community (PLC) meeting, we will:
- Analyze the data or artifact(s) identified from the last meeting
- Reflect on how your planned action(s) impacted learners
- Update your plan for the next steps
- Share the data or artifact(s) your team agreed to review at the last PLC meeting.
- November examples created by PLCs in elementary: Frayer model in a Nearpod lesson, asynchronous variants, cross-circular projects, assessment variants to take out 2-step problems, create warm-ups around math prerequisite skills, target skills 1-grade level below to meet needs of majority, checking live lesson recordings to see who watching
- Discuss the data with your team
- Decide how to move forward
- Is your action improving learner outcomes/growth?
- Do you need more data to determine if your action is beneficial?
- Will you make an adjustment to your action?
