Lawyers

A lawyer is a professional with a degree in Law, who is authorized to practice jus postulandi. In practice, this professional is the one who represents the interests in court, or out of court, of both natural persons (individuals) and companies (legal entities). Lawyers are, therefore, essential for justice, as they are the ones who ensure the defense of the interests of all citizens. Therefore, this profession is one of the noblest in society, taking into account that it guarantees the right of defense to all citizens. Therefore, more than a profession, it is a public charge, as it is part of the Judiciary..

Types of advocacy

Advocacy is also about helping people find their voice. There are three types of advocacy - self-advocacy, individual advocacy and systems advocacy.

Advocacy is free, independent support to involve you in decisions about your health, care and wellbeing.

As an example, parents often advocate for their child's needs at school. Formal individual advocacy

Importance of lawyers

The importance of lawyers for the future is to safeguard the rights of the client, that is, to defend their interests while always respecting the law. Lawyers are also our defenders against injustices.
