Michael porter

Michael Porter est professeur à Harvard et un expert en stratégie d’entreprise. Il a inventé ce modèle pour qu’on puisse analyser la compétitivité d’un secteur en regardant cinq aspects différents, qu’il appelle les “cinq forces”. Ça permet de voir si un marché est intéressant, c’est-à-dire, s’il y a des chances de gagner de l’argent en y entrant.
