Bullying is intentionally aggressive, violent behavior where a person or group of people attempts to intimidate, humiliate or harm another person.
- Bullying is very common in schools, among children and adolescents, it occurs in all areas of life, also among adults.
Bullying in Adolescence
- Bullying in adolescence is a serious problem that affects young people's mental health, well-being and social development.
- At this stage, adolescents are in a crucial period of identity formation, bullying self-esteem and developing social skills, which leads to the negative effects of bullying practices.

Psychological Bullying
Cyberbullying
What should we do if we suffer or see someone being bullying?
Always tell an adult (teacher, parents)
Move away or leave
Avoid responding with bullying

Conclusion
If we suffer bullying from other people, we should ask for help or confront them. But if you think that it's a serious situation and it is getting worse, you should tell to an adult about it. It can be your mom, dad, teacher or away other person you trust.
