what we can learn in the art club

In the art club we can learn:

  • drawing and painting techniques;
  • we can learn about the art history, like the Renaissance, Impressionism and Modernism;
  • appreciation and critical analysis we would be able to develop a critical eye to observe and interpret different forms of art.

Fun activities & club project

We can:

  • create a collective mural;
  • live model drawing, a drawing session with a live model;
  • digital art exploration, we could use tablets or computers to do digital art like editing photos or creating animations.

Exhibitions

The exhibitions offers students an opportunity to have their atworks displayed . Description: This type of exhibition works for all art club members. Each member can display one or more pieces of their artwork. Theme: It can be a themed exhibition, for example Nature, Dreams or Urban Life. Set-Up: Each piece of art is displayed with the artist’s name and the title of the work.

Schedules

Meetings are form 5 to 18 years old on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 to 6:30. From 19 to 65+ years old on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6 pm until 7:30pm.
