Let's begin!
The best way to explain how to use the system is like a step by step flow or like you're reading a book, from left to right! When Clients need to send an offer, they will usually start from the left to ensure we have the correct items to intiate a sucessful onboarding.
Terms
Be sure to make yourself familiar with StaffingNation's specific terms as these are great to highlight to the client!
Getting Started with StaffingNation
Click on the button to the right to view the StaffingNation GLAM Reference Guide before performing your demo.
1. Dashboard
Shows a "snapshot" of workers going through onboarding and provides additional insight via widgets. Clients may not spend a lot of time on this tab unless they would like to see quick details on their workforce.
2. Job Descriptions
Keep in Mind
Clients can find existing job descriptions and submit new ones for roles they wish to payroll through TCWGlobal. We should ensure that job descriptions have the full details, duties and requirements. This helps TCWGlobal determine the correct worker compensation code. overtime exemption and more! Approved job descriptions are required before an offer can be sent on the next tab, Orders.
If a client has additional questions or interest in Staffing requests through StaffingNation, the CRA should be notified after the demo for further conversation.

3. Order
An order is the job details or job requisition form that requests an onboarding for one or more workers. This should include the following:
- Anticipated start/end dates
- Payrates
- Location of work
- Department
- Job title
- and more!

4. Engagements
Once an Order is assigned to a person, it becomes an engagement and will perform the job duties assigned. Clients can view current and historical workers here along with any that are onboarding. The Kendo Grid is great to organize different onboarding and prescreening statuses.
If a client has many questions about this tab, feel free to reach out to the assigned CRA/VMS team for additional information!
5. Talent
Active workers and workers who have completed engagements with the Client will be shown here! If they completed their engagements, ratings and additional comments can be seen here if the Client would like to rehire one or more prior workers.

Common Terms
Pusher: When selecting a line item in any of the tabs, a side panel will pop out from the right and it's called a Pusher. The pusher will provide a "snapshot" of the details pertaining to the line item selected. Kendo Grid: Each tab has an interactive tool bar than can be adjusted to meet your needs and it’s called a Kendo Grid. Widget: Widgets are visual data tables that are found on the Dashboard tab that provide snapshots in time. These allow clients to be able to review their worker's onboarding progress and other statuses at that one time.
Complex or High Risk Roles
These types of roles may take extra time during internal TCWGlobal review to confirm the proper details like worker's compensation. This is important to highlight for the client's awareness!
Requesting an offboarding can be done through StaffingNation. This is a crucial form to submit from the Client so that TCWGlobal can coordinate necessary steps for a smooth experience.
Don't forget to highlight that Clients can adjust aspects of or end a worker's engagement by clicking on a worker's engagement to review their pusher.
