• Many times when our average, engaged learners accumulates some OD lessons, we are less likely to communicate with them thinking they will recover.

• 25 overdue lessons appears to be the tipping point for the majority of CCA Learners

• Focus their time and enegy on learners who fall in the 10 - 25 OD lesson range.
• Be creative in their BLITZ plan

Important Note: We will NEVER shut the door on learners. Even our most difficult to reach learners will still need their monthly call attempt and follow up email.
