CCA OD Lesson Research

  • 25 overdue lessons appears to be the tipping point for the majority of CCA Learners
  • Many times when our average, engaged learners accumulates some OD lessons, we are less likely to communicate with them thinking they will recover.

House 2 Blitz Goal:

  • Work proactively to prevent our learners from hitting 25 OD lessons

The Blitz Plan

  • Each Team will actively monitor student's OD lessons
  • At 10 OD lessons teams run their BLITZ...
    • Call, chat, email to discover the why!
    • Implement a plan to change course
    • At 20 intensify the calls, chats, emails, bring in APs
