Lou Rye is a “Double Dry Hop New England IPA”, a rye malt beer with double cold hops.

A beer designed like a milkshake. A tender kiss with local red fruits, silky and milky like an American dessert. Kice, which stands for Kiss de Nice, is a light, refreshing pleasure.

Indian Pale Ale with a smoky taste

A tribute to the old Indian Pale Ale, whose malt was smoked by the fuel used in brewing.

In the tradition of the thirteen Provençal desserts, we have created a beer in collaboration with Xocoalt. This “fourteenth dessert” is a deep stout infused with cocoa beans.

Welcome to your flight to San Francisco, cradle of the craft beer revival in the 90s. In possession of your NCE to SFO Boarding Pass, your journey begins with this IPA beer with tropical fruit flavors.

Its name is a tribute to the plant that gives it its aromatic profile: hops. The Cascade hop used in its composition is particularly prized in IPAand Pale Ale production.
