Tom Holland

• Tom Holland was born in Kingston upon Thames, London, on June 1, 1996.
• He began dancing at a young age and trained in ballet. He was later cast in the West End musical Billy Elliot as a child, where he demonstrated early on that he was a natural on stage.
• Holland’s family encouraged his talents from a young age, and this support helped him transition from theater to film.

• Holland’s big break came when he was cast as Spider-Man at age 19. He brought a fresh, youthful take on the character, which made him an instant fan favorite. He first appeared as Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War (2016).

• Holland performs many of his own stunts, thanks to his background in gymnastics, which he trained in specifically to bring an authentic and energetic presence to Spider-Man’s role.

Holland is known for his humble, friendly personality and often interacts with fans on social media. He’s relatable because he doesn’t take himself too seriously and is open about his quirks, like accidentally revealing spoilers for upcoming movies! Along with his family, Holland founded The Brothers Trust, a charity organization that raises money for various causes. This shows his commitment to giving back and using his fame for good.

Known primarily for his role as Spider-Man, Holland recently opened up about his struggles with alcohol, sharing that he decided to stop drinking in 2022. The journey was challenging, especially his first year sober, which he describes as one of the hardest things he's ever accomplished.In response to his own challenges with finding quality non-alcoholic options, Holland partnered with beverage expert John Herman to co-found BERO, a brand that creates premium NON-alcoholic beers.
