The game can be played by 3 groups. Each group must choose a color (pink, grey or blue) and roll the dice. The group who gets the highest number will be the one to start the game. To play, each group must roll the dice and move their color to the corresponding square. In each square there must be a question about "Exam 4". If they answers correctly, they can move forward, if not, it is the next group's turn. On the board there are also 6 special squares (in gray with the number in black) in which the group loses a turn without playing. The group who reaches the finish line first saves their patient.
