mandela effect Presentation

Summary

The Mandela Effect is when a large group of people remember something differently from how it actually happened. People experience this phenomenon when they recall events, facts, or details incorrectly, but share the same mistaken memory. Some believe it happens because of how our brains process and store memories, while others suggest more mysterious explanations, like alternate realities or parallel universes.

Summary

Did you know... Nelson Mandela died on December 5, 2013, at his home in Houghton, Johannesburg, South Africa. He was 95 years old and had been battling a respiratory infection for some time before his death.

tHE ORIGIN OF THE NAME

The name "Mandela Effect" came from Fiona Broome in 2009 after she found that many people, including herself, wrongly remembered Nelson Mandela dying in the 1980s while in prison.
