France: Documents for Talent Passport - EU Blue Card Visa

• A passport issued within the last 10 years with at least two blank pages and at least three months of validity. All pages must be scanned including those with visas, entry and exit stamps.
• If you are not a national of your country of residence, please provide proof of your legal residency in this country (residence permit + secondary sheet, D-Visa... etc.).
• Three passport-style photographs with an e-code.
• A full copy of the applicant's birth certificate with the latest information (recommended for the visa application, and mandatory for the renewal once in France).
• A clean criminal record from the country of residence of the applicant (recommended for the visa application).
• Signed pledge of respect for the principles of the French republic. We will provide you with this document.
• If you are already living in France: a proof of accomodation: -
• if your are an owner or a tenant: invoice (electricity, gas, water bill) of less than 3 months, rental agreement less than six months old or title deed, rent receipt (if tenant) or council tax (if owner);-
• if staying in a hotel: hotelier's certificate of accommodation and last invoice in your name; -
• if staying with a private individual: dated and signed certificate from the host, copy of the host's national identity card or residence permit, and his last invoice.

Regarding YOUR LINK WITH THE TALENT PASSPORT HOLDER

• If you are the spouse of the passport talent holder: your marriage certificate
• If you are a children of the passport talent holder: your birth certificate
• As those are official documents, they must be translated into French by a sworn translator with the Cour d'Appel in France. For some countries, legalization or apostille may also be required. Please send us your documents and we will tell you how to proceed.
