  • 360 g icing sugar
  • 190 g of butter
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • Two teaspoons of lemon juice
  • One teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
  • a teaspoon of red food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 300g of flour
  • Two eggs
  • 290 g of sugar
  • 110 mL of oil
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 250 mL of milk

2 We start preparing the glazed

Later, we add the cream cheese and mix it.

Then, we sift the icing sugar and we mix it with the butter.

First, we mix the butter.

Finnally we put the glazed on top the cake and we decorate it with fruits

Then, when those ingredients are sift, we mix it very well and then we pour it to our liquid mixure.

Now, we preheat the oven 170 celsius degrees.

Then, to get that characteristic red of the red velvet we pour one teaspoon of red food coloring.

In a cup , we mix the vinegar with the bicarbonate and we quickly add it to the mixture.

Then we add the oil and the vanilla to the mixture and we beat until the ingredients get toguether.

When the 20 minutes have passed, take the cake out of the oven and leave it on a rack.

First, we sift the the flour and the cocoa powder.

First we mix the lemon juice with the milk and let it rest for 10 minutes

Then while the last mixture is resting, we scramble the two eggs then we add the sugar and we mix it until it´s looks white

Finally, we pour the mixture to a mold and we put in the oven for 20 minutes.
