Why is she an activist?
- Founded the Malala Fund which consist in breaking down barriers to education for girls.

- Malala wrote a blog to the BBC Urdu;
- The Taliban attempted to kill her;
- Moved to the UK.
What happened after?
- After the Taliban had taken control of her home region in Pakistan and had begun enforcing strict policies.
- Born on July 12, 1997, in Mingora, Pakistan.
