This isn’t stress reduction. We all have stress. Stress management involves learning how to cope with stress.
Dehydration and diary-keeping

Stay hydrated to help prevent migraines, and keep a migraine diary to better understand your symptoms and triggers.
Exercise regularly
E
Aim for 20 to 30 minutes of exercise or aerobic activity that raises your heart rate at least two to three times a week.
Eat regularly

Try eating small, regular meals throughout the day instead of fasting and then having a large dinner or a large lunch and dinner.
Sleep hygiene
S
Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Avoid watching TV or using your phone right before bedtime, as these habits can disrupt your sleep.
