Whispers of the Moon The night is like a blanket, soft and soothing, that has us held in her hands It wraps the world in peace, with stars as guides, to the faraway dreamlands. The moon’s a silver mirror, shining bright, reflecting what can not be seen by the sun A beacon in the quiet, calming light that serves to protect its chosen one The moon whispers gently, a song to the trees, and gentle flowers that serenely gleam from its light Singing with the wind, a melody in the breeze that only knows to invite. Not completely still, flowers swaying to the timid wind A field full of blossoms, rippling and that seem to never end The stars, a thousand eyes, blink and stare, Protecting the souls that are open and bare As if they hold the night’s secrets, hidden there. Treating its lively siblings with glittering care. As those who seek to end their days with the farewell of the sunrays The night and moon begin to wake And all around, the world feels like a lake— A still and calm reflection, that still thrives to show it is alive, Not a space that is empty, even using the clouds as dye. In the sky, the stars speak in a glittering dullness, Each one a tiny fire that guide its followers and seen as beauties that are harmless So look up at the moon's gentle radiance, Think of the night, that protects Earth’s inhabitants no matter the gradience A time of peace, tranquility and gentle bond That will protect us now and until infinity and beyond..

A single flower, fragile and small, Stood isolated, near the garden wall. Its petals, a delicate hue, Like a precious jewel, kissed by morning dew. The sun, a warm and radiant fire, Filled it with hope, and a grand desire. But winds, like shadows, with whispers so rude, Tried to separate it, misunderstood. It fought with a fervor, strong and bright, Holding its stem, with all its might. For within its heart, a familiar grace, A strength hidden, in that lonely place. Though dangers arose, with a terrible sound, Its roots held firm, to the solid ground. And the flower bloomed, a visible sign, That even small things, can truly shine.
