There's been a major oil spill incident ner the shore in Peru. You know the oil is coming from a an underwater pipe, but you don't know what is wrong with it. The leak started after extreme weather conditions following a natural disaster. There are 2 people missing due to the big waves. The oil will reach the coast within the next hour.
